Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Milton Keynes. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Development: Support and deputize the management team in delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing profit opportunities. Develop and implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance.
  2. Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs and team performance through running reports and updating the management team. Assist with store operations such as stock management, payroll, administration, and rostering.
  3. Customer Experience: Assist with the customer journey by offering an exceptional 1-2-1 service and ensuring the customer comes first. Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge.
Requirements
  1. Passion for the Brand: Be passionate about the Levi Strauss & Co. brand and living our values.
  2. Customer Service Skills: Possess strong customer service skills and experience in efficiently managing a team.
  3. Leadership Experience: Have a good track record of developing and growing your team.
  4. Retail Experience: Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, as well as a good understanding of store operations.
