Position: Care Team Leader (Days)

Competitive Salary: £14.25 per hour (days) plus enhancements and a new company sickness scheme

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will foster strong relationships with your colleagues and collaborate with community health and social care professionals. Your natural leadership abilities will enable you to motivate and guide your team while working closely with home managers to oversee daily staff operations. About You:

Previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings, is essential.

Linden Court is our residential care facility in South Norfolk, dedicated to offering person-centered care and support to up to 50 individuals.
