Complex Needs Support Professional

SeeAbility is seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Support Worker to join our team in Redhill, Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide person-centered support to individuals with complex needs, focusing on their unique requirements and goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support plans are in place.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to SeeAbility's policies and procedures.
Requirements
• A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
• The ability to work a shift rota, including evenings and weekends, is required.
• A strong understanding of complex needs and the ability to provide tailored support is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
