Rendall & Rittner, a renowned Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations, front desk, and cleanliness to ensure a high standard of service to residents, guests, and contractors.
  • Carry out cleaning duties and maintain the site's appearance.
  • Manage building operations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and secure environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, addressing any health and safety concerns and reporting defects.
  • Manage maintenance tasks, including reactive and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide expert customer service, engaging with residents, guests, and contractors to resolve issues and improve the overall experience.
  • Collaborate with contractors and third-party vendors to ensure health and safety requirements are met and relevant documentation is in place.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in the residential sector in a similar role, with a focus on site operations and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, guests, and contractors.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to conduct regular site inspections and address any concerns.
  • Experience managing maintenance tasks and collaborating with contractors and third-party vendors.
