Exciting Opportunity for a Building Manager

Rendall & Rittner, a renowned Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure the estate runs smoothly and residents receive exceptional service.
  • Conduct site inspections, report defects, and ensure high site standards are maintained.
  • Manage PPMs, remedials, and statutory compliance.
  • Oversee hard and soft services contractors, ensuring health and safety requirements are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Manage major works, including quotations, RAMS, and daily operations.
  • Deal with onsite emergencies and maintenance-related issues.
  • Present and report to clients on regular basis, updating on onsite operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in high-end residential developments, with knowledge of M&E, health & safety compliance, and Landlord and Tenant guidelines.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and leading a team.
  • Expertise in place making, ensuring the estate is well-presented and maintained.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to present and report to clients.
