The Role

We are seeking a Senior Renewable Energy Implementation Specialist to join our Sustainable Energy Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing renewable energy projects, developing business plans, and managing relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement renewable energy projects, including utility-scale solar PV, BESS, and other technologies
  • Manage existing relationships with clients and develop new business opportunities
  • Review design and procurement documents, as well as contracts
  • Ensure compliance with CDM and health and safety regulations
  • Develop and deliver proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in renewable energy project implementation
  • Good knowledge of utility-scale solar PV, BESS, and developers/funders
  • Experience in reviewing design and procurement documents and contracts
  • Experience in CDM and health and safety
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Self-starter with business development experience and a network of contacts in the sector
  • Experience in defining client needs and preparing successful proposals
  • Substantial professional experience
  • Masters in Engineering

  • Professional accreditation
  • Consultancy experience
  • On- and/or offshore wind feasibility experience
  • Green hydrogen experience
