Job Description

Purpose

To oversee the successful delivery of projects on a site-by-site basis, ensuring that all site events and resources are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, representing the United Living Group brand and ensuring that client needs are met.

Project Coordination

Manage the coordination of resources, including the supply chain, staff, and directly employed operatives, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of coordinators, ensuring that workloads are monitored regularly and that team members have the necessary resources and support to deliver their tasks effectively.

Communication and Liaison

Liaise with staff and operatives effectively and with respect, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Financial Management

Approve raised Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring that all relevant background work has been done by Project Coordinators to ensure best value and service provided.

Health and Safety

Sign off and oversee the issue of method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs, and Quality Plans, ensuring that all necessary protocols are in place to ensure a safe working environment.

Reporting and Analysis

Update internal trackers and schedules, input site data into internal and client systems, and analyze reporting data to understand if discrepancies are occurring and elements are not hitting KPI dates.

Continuous Improvement

Recommend rectification measures to bring the programme back within required KPI timeframes if necessary, and ensure that these measures are implemented and monitored for effectiveness.

Efficiency and Improvement

Find efficiencies and improvements in internal and external processes, and ensure that procedures and requirements as detailed within the Company Procedures and Quality Manual are implemented at all times.

Additional Responsibilities

Perform any other duties as assigned by management, ensuring that the needs of the business are met and that the company's objectives are achieved.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

  1. IT Skills

Good level of IT skills, including Excel and other Microsoft packages.

Industry Experience

Experience of working in the Telecommunications or similar industry, with a strong understanding of client tools and reports.

Specialized Skills

Adept at manipulating client tools and reports on a regular basis, with skills in Omnix, Evenflow, ADC Build, Remedy, Arqiva, WIG, SharePoint, and Business Central.

Qualifications

IT and Health and Safety qualifications, with a strong focus on continuous professional development.

Working Hours and Location

This is a full-time permanent role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday from our Widnes office.
