Quantity Surveyor (PQS) / Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (PQS) / Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Brighton. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, each with its own unique challenges and opportunities.

About the Role
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, including new builds, extensions, and conversions, with values ranging from £1-4 million.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our consultancy, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong time management abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
