Job Title: Receptionist/ Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist/ Administrator to join our team at Bupa Clinic in Beverley. As a key member of our support functions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administration tasks and providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, supporting their journey throughout the centre
- Answer and manage incoming customer queries via phone and email
- Maintain a well-presented reception and waiting area
- Ensure customer reports are dispatched on time, including effective management of abnormal results
- Prepare and distribute customer paperwork, including appointment packs and consent forms
- Manage results and follow-up with suppliers to meet agreed SLAs
- Process customer payments, invoices, and credit notes
- Organize and prioritize documents to meet deadlines
- Assist with bookings and referrals
- Manage post and generate letters as required
Requirements:
- PC literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office packages
- Experience working in a busy clinical environment
- Medical Secretary experience
- Leadership experience and people management skills (desirable)
- Customer service experience and a customer-focused approach
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
