**Receptionist**

A Receptionist is required by a well-established local Solicitor’s Firm, to contribute to the continued success and development of their company and it’s service to the local community through your exceptional reception and administrative skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, providing them with a positive first impression of their company.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel, taking messages as necessary.
- Manage enquiries from clients, suppliers, and the general public, remembering and making repeat callers welcome and providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Assist in maintaining the tidiness and organisation of the reception area and common spaces.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the smooth flow of daily operations.

**Qualifications**:

- ‘O Levels’, GCSEs or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and office software.
- Professional and welcoming demeanour.
