Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and faxing
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience with QuickBooks is desirable
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
