Job Title: Public Area Cleaner

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Cleaner to join our team at Fraser Suites Edinburgh. As a Public Area Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our public spaces, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure public spaces are clean and tidy at all times
  • Hoover and clean guest areas
  • Maintain back of house offices and ensure they are presentable for the next day
  • Assist with linen sorting and restocking
  • Support the Lobby lounge with cleaning
  • Complete turn down service for guests and residents
  • Conduct stock takes
  • Support the front of house team with guest requests
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
