We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Public Area Cleaner to join our team at Fraser Suites Edinburgh. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our public areas, including guest rooms, common spaces, and back-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure public spaces are clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Hoover guest areas and ensure back-of-house offices are presentable
  • Assist with linen sorting and restocking
  • Support the Lobby lounge with cleaning duties
  • Complete turn-down service for guests and residents
  • Conduct stock takes and assist with front-of-house team with guest requests

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
