The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Manager. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and developing your skills and knowledge in the wine industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing effective strategies to achieve targets.
  • Wine Knowledge: Develop your knowledge of wine and spirits, including product knowledge, wine tasting, and wine pairing.
  • Store Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, merchandising, and visual merchandising.
  • Leadership: Develop your leadership skills, including team management, communication, and problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment, preferably in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Education: A passion for wine and a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge and skills.
