Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the customer journey in our stores and delivering a memorable retail experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to adopt a customer-first approach, ensuring excellent customer service and a range of products from world-leading brands.
- Perform core retail operational procedures, including inventory management, stock audits, and banking.
- Present the store to a high standard, adhering to brand visual merchandising guidelines, and implementing seasonal promotions and campaigns.
- Communicate with our People and Product Development team to provide opportunities for development and progression for the store team.
- Analyze and improve store performance using KPIs and performance metrics.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new colleagues with support from our People Resourcing team.
Requirements:
- Experience running a store, including budgeting and planning, operational activities, and visual merchandising.
- A customer-first approach, with the ability to advise and help customers find the perfect product for their adventure.
- Ability to build and develop a great team who share your passion for customer service and the outdoors.
- Continuous development and improvement of yourself, the store, and your team.
What We Offer:
- Base salary of £31,000 – £33,000 per annum.
- Bonus of up to £4,250 per annum.
