As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver outstanding customer service and work autonomously or collaboratively to uphold our excellent store standards. We aim for you, our customers, and our colleagues to take pride in sharing their experiences with us.

Airport Requirements:

5 years of continuous references – to obtain an airport pass, you must provide 5 years' worth of either employment or educational references without any gaps. Criminal Records Bureau Check – to be conducted by WHSmith if your application is successful. Photographic ID such as a passport or UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate:

Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons. Conducting stock replenishment and ensuring all areas of the store remain organized and inviting for customers. Maintaining high standards of display and visual merchandising to assist customers in finding what they need effortlessly. Collaborating with team members and supporting colleagues.
