Position Overview

Ten Live Limited is actively seeking a Financial Records Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the processing of sales and purchase invoices efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough reconciliation of bank accounts.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of VAT returns.
  • Administer payroll on a four-weekly basis.
  • Implement effective credit control measures.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
  • Input data into accounting software such as Sage and Xero.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a bookkeeping capacity is essential.
  • Strong administrative skills are a must.
