We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate System Administrator to join our Infrastructure and Operations Team at the University of Leicester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage, and maintain various systems, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, web access, automated patching, system monitoring, virtual infrastructure, and day-to-day administration of Windows servers.
- Work closely with the Infrastructure team to ensure the smooth operation of University-wide services.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
