About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Makeup Artist Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Trinny London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sharing your expertise, and embodying our brand's style and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a range of services, including pre-booked appointments and walk-ups, ensuring a seamless Trinny London Match2Me experience for all customers.
  • Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your knowledge and passion for makeup and skincare with each customer.
  • Embody Trinny London's brand and style, priding yourself on building lasting emotional connections with customers.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs, staying motivated by the buzz of achieving your goals.
  • Collaborate with our education and training team to offer best-in-class makeup advice and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare and makeup trends, continually improving your product knowledge and artistry.
  • Drive sales to reach daily and monthly targets, working closely with your Business Manager to plan events and increase footfall.
Requirements
  • Experience in a retail makeup artist position, ideally within the luxury sector.
  • Passionate about makeup and skincare, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience with customer relationship management and data capture targets.
  • Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
  • Strong communication and mathematical skills, with a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Organised, punctual, and flexible to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekends.
