Client Relationship Manager – Marketing Agency

  • Ability to manage and nurture client accounts through high-quality service and relationship building
  • Experience in delivering pitches and presentations
  • Comfortable overseeing creative projects from conception to execution

Core Responsibilities:

  • Developing a proactive communication strategy to support client initiatives
  • Ensuring that client projects adhere to approved guidelines, timelines, and budgets
  • Overseeing the delivery of various online and offline projects through our creative studio
  • Assisting in the preparation of pitches and presentations for potential clients
  • Clarifying and fulfilling client reporting requirements
  • Participating in regular team meetings to discuss project progress
