About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager Intern to join our team at IDeaS Revenue Solutions. As a Client Relationship Manager Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our Client Relationship Management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CRM team in managing a subset of clients, focusing on increasing client adoption and satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate application features and product information to clients, facilitating their adoption of new releases.
  • Proactively identify insights and business trends that impact client success, collaborating with clients to drive optimal results.
  • Identify best practices for clients and share across assigned client portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive better results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Current enrollment in an accredited degree program in Hospitality, Business, Statistics, Business Tourism, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
  • Interest in Hospitality or Hotels/Hospitality technology.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, interpret, and present quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing commitments and deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to intern with IDeaS for 6-12 months.
