Electrical and Instrumentation Commissioning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled **Electrical and Instrumentation Commissioning Specialist** to join our team at Morson Talent. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of commissioning activities within our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety above all, fostering a culture aimed at achieving Zero Harm.
- Serve as a safety advocate, promoting proactive measures in nuclear, radiological, conventional, and environmental safety.
- Execute comprehensive testing operations across all phases of commissioning.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of testing documentation.
- Support the initiation and execution of Field Observation Reports (FOBs) and Technical Queries (TQs).
- Conduct testing activities that require oversight from external parties.
- Manage the application and removal of Temporary Commissioning Aids.
- Aid in the documentation of supporting data in line with testing standards.
- Utilize completions management systems effectively to oversee commissioning tasks.
- Adhere to project timelines while performing commissioning duties.
- Engage in multidisciplinary design reviews and collaborate with the engineering team.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of an engineering apprenticeship or equivalent in relevant disciplines such as piping or electrical.
- Preference for an ONC qualification or a pathway to obtain it.
- Proven experience in project commissioning.
Software Proficiency
- Familiarity with Go Completions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
