Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team at Michael Page Legal. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in guiding and advising on a wide range of complex legal matters.

About the Role

  • Provide expert legal advice to senior management and stakeholders on commercial agreements, data protection law, company law, and governance.
  • Lead significant projects and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, and provide guidance on their application.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Post-qualification experience in commercial, corporate, or litigation law.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
