As a key member of the HR team, you will oversee the payroll and benefits function, ensuring accurate and timely payments to staff. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of 6, with support from the Assistant Payroll Manager. Key tasks include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the payroll and benefits team
• Ensuring staff are paid correctly and on time
• Acting as a key point of contact for pay and benefits-related projects
• Maximising the use of iTrent
• Leading the payroll team in the continued implementation of iTrent

Requirements:

• iTrent superuser
• Strong people management experience
• Experience working in the public sector
