About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing companionship and social interaction to residents
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Helping with mobility and transferring residents safely
  • Overseeing medication administration and providing medical support
  • Assisting with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Preparing and serving meals
