Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Career Moves. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality graphic design marketing assets for our live shows and TV productions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop graphic design marketing assets for live shows and TV productions, from concept to final product.
  • Re-version approved artwork for multiple print and digital derivatives.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing decks for our global Sales/Distribution team.
  • Develop key art concepts and design advertising and promotional assets for live tours and shows, TV productions, merchandise, and other areas of the business.
  • Responsible for the roll-out of approved artwork for all campaign derivatives.
  • Pitch creative ideas to talent and talent managers and work collaboratively to develop content for marketing and press campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of original digital video content ideas for marketing campaigns and social media exploitation.
  • Edit promotional videos and/or existing footage.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an entertainment/media environment.
  • Skilled at creating and developing concepts for campaigns.
  • Have a keen awareness of current trends in advertising and graphic design.
  • Experienced in graphic design and relevant software – Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects.
  • A passion for comedy, the arts, and/or live entertainment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch ideas to talent or talent managers.
  • Interpersonal skills: excellent interpersonal skills are key, with a clear creative vision, while remaining open to others' ideas.
  • Video production experience, including filmmaking and video editing, and experience working with Premiere Pro video software is desirable.
