Social Media Executive/Manager

We are partnering with a dynamic creative production company to find an experienced Social Media Executive to enhance their social media presence. The ideal candidate will help drive engagement and ensure their brand resonates across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging graphics, write compelling captions, and produce videos that attract and retain followers.
  • Utilise editing skills to refine and enhance video content, incorporating sound design where applicable.
  • Schedule and post content across various platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and voice.
  • Foster their online community by responding to interactions with timely and thoughtful replies.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends and tools to anticipate emerging opportunities.
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights to inform and improve our content strategy.
  • Work closely with the creative team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
  • Experienced in Social Media: Familiarity with major platforms and a talent for maximising their potential.
  • Creative Thinker: A portfolio demonstrating your ability to create appealing and innovative content.
  • Skilled in Video Editing: Proficiency with software such as Adobe Premiere or Da Vinci, with sound design experience preferred.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills that engage and connect with the audience.
  • Community-Oriented: Experience in engaging with social media audiences and encouraging interaction.
  • Analytical: Ability to interpret social media metrics and make informed decisions based on data.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving digital environment.
