About the Role

Career Moves is seeking an experienced Content Strategist to join our team as a Social Media Community Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing immersive content campaigns that engage our audience and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Community Engagement: Foster and maintain a strong community of followers by responding to comments, engaging with users, and creating content that resonates with our audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and provide insights for future content strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team to develop and execute content campaigns that align with our brand's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement. Proficient in analytics and reporting tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
