About the RoleAs a Trauma-Informed Practice Trainer Consultant/Researcher, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of professionals, including psychologists, educators, and social care workers. Your expertise will be essential in helping organisations develop trauma-informed practices and build resilience among their staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training and consulting services to various sectors and settings in the UK
- Develop and implement trauma-informed practices in organisations
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including commissioners and customers
- Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials
- Participate in research projects and contribute to the publication of findings
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong interest and commitment to trauma-informed practice
- Experience of working with frontline staff, managers, and senior leaders
- Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate practitioners from a range of sectors and professional backgrounds
- Comfortable working with complex issues and developing solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive fee structure, with rates ranging from £350 to £500 per day, depending on qualifications, experience, and format of delivery. Travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs are also covered. As a self-employed associate, you will have the flexibility to choose your own projects and work at your own pace.
