About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Commercial Officer to join our team at The Office Group. As a trusted workspace provider for teams of all sizes, we offer uniquely designed, flexible office spaces with exceptional on-site amenities and a dedicated Member Experience team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Finance to turn capital management into cashflow forecasting and management.
  • Act as a central source of business intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead the development of feasibility studies, design development, and tender processes.
  • Manage post-contract and final account processes.
  • Provide leadership and management to the commercial team.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in surveying or development, with a track record of delivering outstanding design-led projects.
  • Understanding of the flexible workspace sector, with experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment sectors.
  • RICS chartered surveying membership preferred.
  • Business acumen and commercial understanding.
  • Excellent understanding and skills in MS Office.
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to relate to a vision and goals and to empower team members to achieve them.
