This role offers the opportunity to grow and progress within the block management sector, working alongside Property Managers on the frontline of portfolio management.
About the Role:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resident issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Create and manage purchase orders, cheque requests, and credit notes.
- Oversee credit control and rent collection management.
- Liaise with accounts to ensure accurate payment and receipt management.
- Log and manage all maintenance issues, arranging repairs and services as needed.
- Control and maintain all administrative and filing tasks.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are upheld on site.
- Develop and manage service charge budgets.
- Provide exceptional aftersales interaction and support.
- Assist Property Managers with day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
- Create new property packs for tenants.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of specific leasehold property management experience.
- Relevant leasehold block management experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
