### Job Title: Facilities Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to join our team at Facilitate Search Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all administration duties for one of our facilities contracts covering the North West Region.

### Job Summary

As a Facilities Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This will include managing day-to-day administration tasks, coordinating with our maintenance team, and providing exceptional customer service.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate records of facilities-related data
* Coordinate with our maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders

### Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a facilities administration role
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
