Quality Governance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Governance Officer to join our team at Insight Executive Group Limited.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Clinical Governance and Quality activities, working closely with the Director of Governance and other teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting Clinical Audit Activity: Collaborate with services and the quality governance team to embed service improvements and ensure timely responses to actions.
  • Administration of Clinical Guidelines: Ensure the effective administration of clinical guidelines and policies.
  • Project Work: Proactively work with healthcare professionals to develop clinical audit projects and undertake specific projects as required.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring systems to ensure timely responses to actions and present data to diverse audiences.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Clinical Audit and Compliance: Previous experience in clinical audit, compliance, and delivering to deadlines.
  • Data Analysis and Presentation: Experience of analysing, interpreting, and presenting data to diverse audiences.
  • Administrative and Governance Experience: Demonstrable recent administrative/Governance experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Adept in the use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Communication and Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and communication skills.
