We are seeking a highly skilled Game Product Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of our games, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and meet the needs of our players.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of product plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to inform product decisions and optimize game performance.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of products.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, game development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products and meeting business objectives.
