The Role

As a Trainee Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing supplier invoices and sales invoices with accuracy and efficiency
  • Sending customer statements and reconciling supplier statements
  • Setting up new customers on accounts software and supporting end-of-month payment runs
  • Filing duties and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel is highly desirable, but not essential
