Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paediatric Staff Nurse to join our established Children's Community Nursing Team. The successful candidate will work closely with children and families in the community, providing safe and family-centered care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in paediatric nursing, particularly in community settings, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A management or team leading qualification is also desirable.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Work within the Children's Community Nursing Team to provide high-quality care to children with complex medical needs.
  2. Develop and maintain care plans in collaboration with the nutritional team and families.
  3. Administer Total Parental Nutrition (TPN) as required, ensuring the child's condition is managed correctly.
  4. Obtain necessary blood tests and organize IV therapies to ensure optimal patient care.
  5. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and colleagues, adhering to Trust policies.
