Accounting Operations Supervisor EMEA

Salute, Inc. is a global leader in delivering Data Center services, with a strong presence in the US and a rapidly growing client base across Europe and beyond. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Supervisor to join our team in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and supervise Accounting Operations functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, expenses, and oversee daily operations.
- Determine and implement policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of client invoices, cash applications, and project-related transactions.
- Provide strong leadership to the accounting operations team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
- Support collections analysis to maximize DSO efficiency and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to transactional accounting activities.
- Utilize expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to identify efficiencies and streamline accounting operations and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Assist management with important financial decisions, provide ad hoc and regular reporting on AR, AP, cash, and participate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and processes during mergers, acquisitions, or system implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience level of 3-5 years.
- Experience in a professional services or data center background a plus.
- Experience in working with outsourced shared service environment.
- Regional EMEA experience.
- Able to communicate well within the organization as a remote employee.
- Possess positive attitude & team-player with a customer service mindset.
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct or similar accounting software package a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
