We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Groundworker / Ganger to lead a small team of groundworkers on our client's projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in groundworks, including patios, driveways, foundations, and drainage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 3-4 groundworkers on site
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with the project manager to plan and coordinate work
  • Monitor and control costs, resources, and timelines
