Job Overview

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our premises.

Main Responsibilities
  • Planned Maintenance: Perform weekly and monthly scheduled maintenance tasks, including waste management, flushing of little used outlets, water temperature recording, and emergency lighting tests.
  • Reactive Repairs: Respond promptly to reactive repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Building Fabric Repairs: Carry out minor repairs and modifications to the building fabric, including basic carpentry and plumbing tasks.
  • Decorating and Cleaning: Perform decorating tasks and general office cleaning, as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a multi skilled maintenance role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic plumbing and carpentry skills.
