Assistant Resort Amusements Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Resort Amusements Manager to join our team at Inspired. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our arcade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage team schedules, including holiday bookings and sick leave.
  • Handle cash and financial transactions securely.
  • Support the Arcade Manager with recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries and grievances in a professional manner.
  • Manage department-specific initiatives and ensure they are completed within scope, time, and budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and apply knowledge to inform purchasing and inventory decisions.
