Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Clerk. The successful candidate will have experience in property inspection and a strong understanding of the London property market. The role involves visiting private rented homes and compiling reports on their condition.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A clean driving license is required, and use of a pool car is provided for company business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections and compile reports on the condition of the property.
  • Take photos of the property internally and externally, highlighting any issues.
  • Upload software-based reports, photographs, and descriptions onto a PC during office time.
  • Maintain landlord and tenant relationships.
  • Take meter readings if necessary.
  • Ensure property security and act as keyholder/guardian of keys.
  • Perform related office-based administrative duties.
