Key Responsibilities: Define and validate technical requirements in alignment with organizational and programmatic protocols Develop compliant technical solutions that meet contractual obligations and industry regulations Generate and manage design modification requirements and documentation in accordance with established company procedures Offer specialized technical insights, reviews, and support for projects beyond immediate scope as an independent contributor Utilize systems expertise to mentor and guide other engineers and relevant team members in both tactical and strategic contexts Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM discipline Progressing towards or achieved Chartered Engineer (CEng) status Comprehensive knowledge of the Engineering lifecycle Proficient in Systems Engineering methodologies Experience in Requirements and Integration Verification and Validation (IVV) processes Desirable: Familiarity with Agile methodologies Background in the defense industry Expertise in high-integrity control systems Knowledge of safety standards such as IEC 61508 Benefits:
