About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at ICE Recruit. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the civil and structural engineering design on a variety of projects up to £30 million in value.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and development of structural engineering solutions for complex projects
  2. Manage and mentor a team of structural engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  1. Hold a BEng/MEng qualification and have a minimum of 5 years' postgraduate experience
  2. Be chartered or working towards your chartership status through IStructE or ICE
  3. Have design experience and structural analysis skills in all common structural materials including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
  4. Have a full driving licence and own transport
