Part II Architectural Assistant Position in Central London

We are seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our conservation team, you will work on bespoke, high-end conservation and heritage projects throughout London and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Work on a variety of conservation and heritage projects, including historical buildings, London estates, and grade-listed buildings.
- Collaborate with clients, including site visits and surveys, to deliver high-quality design and technical drawings.
- Produce detailed hand drawings and high-quality design and technical drawings, with detailed joinery fittings in a traditional style.
- Report to the Project Architects on project progress and contribute to the development of project research.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Part II Architectural Assistant.
- Relevant UK project experience in conservation and heritage projects.
- Strong flair for design and technical knowledge and skills.
- Experience in the preservation and refurbishment of historic buildings.
- Experience using ArchiCAD is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Salary of £32,000 - £39,000 DOE.
- 21 days of holiday, plus bank holidays and discretionary leave over Christmas.
- No staff are expected to work overtime, but if offered, they will pay this at an increased rate.
