Join a Growing Practice in Central London

A leading architectural practice in Central London is seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team. With a strong focus on high-end conservation and heritage projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to take their career to the next level.

About the Role

  • Work on bespoke, high-end conservation and heritage projects throughout London and the UK
  • Projects will include historical buildings, London estates, large country estates, grade-listed buildings, and more
  • Collaborate with experienced project architects and work across all RIBA stages with an initial focus on stage 4 through to completion
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, including site visits and surveys
  • Conduct project research and produce detailed hand drawings
  • Produce high-quality design and technical drawings, with detailed joinery fittings in a traditional style

Requirements

  • Experience in bespoke detailing on traditional, high-end or classical projects
  • Must be Part II qualified and have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience PQE
  • Must have relevant UK project experience
  • Passion for classical and traditional architecture
  • Strong flair for design and strong technical knowledge and skills
  • Experience in the preservation and refurbishment of historic buildings
  • Experience using ArchiCAD would be beneficial but not essential, full training will be provided

What We Offer

  • Salary of £33,000 - £38,000 DOE
  • 21 days of holiday, plus bank holidays and discretionary leave over Christmas
