Cinema Team Leader Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Accurately manage cash transactions and reconcile discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
  2. Food Handling and Stock Control: Oversee the preparation, presentation, and storage of food and beverages to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
  3. Technology and Systems Management: Effectively utilize IT systems, till operations, and other technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  4. Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the cinema venue, including restrooms, auditoriums, and public areas.
  5. Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue through effective marketing, promotions, and customer engagement.
  6. Standards and Compliance: Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer service, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  7. Customer Service and Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  8. Team Induction and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure new team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  9. Team Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  10. Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
