Job Summary
Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team in delivering high-quality maintenance services to our clients. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is completed to the highest standard, in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake planned and reactive maintenance work to ensure that all facilities are in good working order.
- Work on lighting systems, power distribution systems, motors, and pumps to ensure that they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Have a working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Work in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and ensure that clients receive the best possible service.
- Provide effective communication to clients to ensure that they are informed of any issues or maintenance work that is being carried out.
Requirements
- Ability to provide a clear Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- City and Guilds or equivalent qualification in Electrical Installations.
- 18th Edition certification.
- Experience working with BMS systems and power distribution systems.
- Clean driving license.
