About the Role:

Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a skilled Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working with a variety of contracts, including JCT and NEC suites, as well as bespoke agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing the value of work completed for interim payments
  • Monitoring project expenditure against the budget
  • Liaising with account departments to advise on cost and revenue matters
  • Preparing and updating project programmes to reflect changes
  • Preparing the final account to reconcile all costs and payments
  • Generating weekly cost/value reports

Requirements:

  • RICS-accredited degree
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
  • Analytical thinking
  • Accurate and timely provision of information
  • UK driving license

What We Offer:

This role comes with a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience. You will also be working for an employer that is invested in your career progression as much as you are.
