Your new role at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited involves working with a large housing provider that manages over 50,000 homes.
As a Decorator, you will be responsible for carrying out mould treatments, ventilation surveys, and make-good decoration to customers' homes in the Southampton to Portsmouth area.
Your day-to-day tasks will include completing issued programmed works to a high standard and within the allotted timeframe, ensuring all works are completed in the most cost-effective manner.
You will also be responsible for identifying and pre-ordering materials from the stores when necessary, advising customers of order progress.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be an experienced decorator with a background in damp and mould treatment, as well as ventilation expertise.
In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £18 plus a van.
