  • Developing Future Leaders: Implementing best practices and strategies to ensure our education program aligns with the EPPP.
  • Fostering a Culture of Excellence: Establishing a dynamic learning environment where students are empowered to achieve their full potential.
  • Leading a Dedicated Team: Providing expert guidance and support to our education team, fostering a collaborative spirit to deliver exceptional teaching and learning experiences.
  • Building Strong Partnerships: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with partner schools, parents, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

We're seeking a passionate and experienced educator with a proven track record of success. Key qualifications include:

  • A demonstrable history of raising educational standards and achieving outstanding outcomes in a professional sports environment.
